everyone leads a very different life. one that might be filled with ups and downs, one that might be filled with rainbow of joy everyday. as i have said, different people, different lives. we may not have walked the same path of lives, but our paths have crossed nonetheless. i am glad you have the opportunity to do what you want, to pursue your own dreams, studies, career etc.
some people get the opportunity to study abroad for a few years, some get to work there. i am sorry, but i do not get the luxury of either. i did not get a chance to study overseas (and i doubt i will ever be able to do that), and i am perhaps a little too young to get a job overseas. but there is one thing i can do, that is to travel.
you get to live there for a few months, i get to live there for a few weeks. just experiencing what it feels like would be good enough. who knows, i might have the opportunity to travel and see more than you do. i want to backpack the world, or step by step, if i ever have the chance to do so.
this might seem queer to you but i can't help but smile at the thought of travelling. i love travelling, it gives me so much satisfaction and joy. thank God.
